Caitlin Willsie is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who brings over a decade of healthcare experience to The Family Doctors team. Joining in July 2018, Caitlin works closely with physicians Dr. Hamic and Dr. Patton to provide comprehensive care to patients. Originally coming from Texas, Caitlin, alongside her husband Kevin, made Shreveport their home in 2016. With a background spanning seven years in intensive care and emergency nursing, Caitlin transitioned seamlessly into her role as a nurse practitioner. Known for her compassionate approach, Caitlin takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients, ensuring their holistic well-being. She is particularly passionate about preventative health measures, women’s health issues, and nutrition, aiming to empower individuals to lead healthier lives. Outside of her professional commitments, Caitlin cherishes time with her three daughters and actively participates in the community as a member of Norris Ferry Community Church.
